| 1. Open the Thunderbird e-mail client. Once the application is open, click on TOOLS, followed by ACCOUNT SETTINGS.... |

| 2. In the "Account Settings" window, in the lower left corner, click on the "Add Account" button to continue. |

3. Make sure that "E-mail Account" is select.
Hit the NEXT button to continue. |

4. The next screen will ask for your name and e-mail address. Your name should be formatted Firstname, Lastname, while your e-mail address should have your user account followed by @skywayusa.com.

5. You will now be prompted to enter your e-mail server locations. First, be sure that POP is selected, as seen in the example above. For incoming server, type in pop3.skywayusa.com. For outgoing server, type in smtp.skywayusa.com.
Notice: Customers who use another dial-up service provider outside of SkyWay USA may experience errors when sending e-mails. Please visit our SMTP relay error page for more information regarding this issue.

6. On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your username for both Incoming and Outgoing servers. Your user name is your e-mail address. Be sure to include @skywayusa.com.

7. You will now be prompted to enter an account name to associate the e-mail account with. This can be anything you would like it to be. By default, you're e-mail address will be listed.

8. On the last screen, you will be able to verify your e-mail account information. Should anything be incorrect, you can use the back button to re-visit a specific setup page.
If everything is correct, click the FINISH button to exit the wizard. |

9. You're now ready to send and receive e-mails from your SkyWay USA account. To begin, click the "Get Mail " icon located at the top left of the Thunderbird e-mail client window. This will make Thunderbird connect to SkyWay to check for new e-mails.
Note: You will be prompted for a password. Type in your account password, making sure to type it in properly. Failure to type in your password properly will keep Thunderbird from being able to access your e-mail account. |
