| 1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express. Once the application is open, click on TOOLS, followed by ACCOUNTS. |

2. This will open the "Internet Accounts" window. On the upper right corner of this window, there is an "Add" button. Click the "Add" button, and a menu will appear with three options. Select the "Mail..." option to continue. |

3. This will open the Internet Connection Wizard window. The Internet Connection Wizard will start off by asking for a Display Name. This name is what someone will see when you send them an e-mail. It's recommended that you use your first and last name in this window (i.e. John Smith).

4. On the next screen, type in your SkyWay USA e-mail account address. Be sure to include @skywayusa.com in the space provided.

5. You will now be prompted to enter an incoming and outgoing server addresses. First, verify that you've selected your incoming mail server as being POP3, as seen in the example above. For incoming mail, type in pop3.skywayusa.com. For outgoing mail, type in smtp.skywayusa.com.
Notice: Customers who use another dial-up service provider outside of SkyWay USA may experience errors when sending e-mails. Please visit our SMTP relay error page for more information regarding this issue.

6. The wizard will now ask you for your account name (a.k.a. username) and password. Your account name is your e-mail address. Be sure to include the @skywayusa.com in this field. Next, type in your account password, making sure to type it in properly. Failure to type in your password properly will keep Outlook Express from being able to access your e-mail account. Also, be sure to put a check next to "Remember Password".

7. On the next screen, hit the "Finish" button to complete the Outlook e-mail setup wizard. |

8. You will be taken back to the "Internet Accounts" window. You should see pop3.skywayusa.com listed as an available account now, as seen in the example above. Click the "Close" button on this window to be taken back to the main Outlook Express window. |

9. You're now ready to send and receive e-mails from your SkyWay USA account. To begin, click the "Send/Recv" icon located at the top of the Outlook Express window. This will make Outlook Express connect to SkyWay to check for new e-mails. |
