Important Announcement!


We are in the final stages of converting our service from our current satellite, AMC4, to our new home, AMC15. The new satellite will provide an unprecedented level of service and stability to SkyWay USA customers. Over the next two weeks, we will be transitioning our internal systems over to this new satellite. During this period the AMC4 service will experience periodic, temporary outages. We will do our best to keep these outages at a minimum, but please remember: Service on AMC4 will CEASE in approximately two weeks. If you have not re-pointed your satellite system by this time, you will not be able to access the network.

If you have not started the process of re-pointing to the new AMC15 satellite please do so without delay. If you need support or have any questions on how to proceed, please call 1-866-375-9929 or send an email to support@skywayusa.com


There will be a planned outage sometime between 3:00am and 4:00am EST on Wednesday, December 10, 2008. The outage is expected to last for approximately 30 minutes.
